I am a keen fell, trail and mountain runner who lives in Staveley in the Lake District, England and have competed in races across 13 countries in a variety of disciplines.

As a qualified UKA Coach in Running Fitness (CIRF) and LTA level 3 tennis coach I have been coaching since 2002, including in countries such as Russia and China. With a background as a professional in sport development and disability sport, my current role is as Partnership Manager for the Active Leeds service at Leeds City Council.

Having officiated at the London 2012 Paralympic Games and volunteered at the Rio 2016 Paralympics I have previously coached on the wheelchair racing programme at Leeds City Athletics Club, as well as being fell captain for Valley Striders AC. I am also a big fan of specialty coffee and craft beer!
